Health Coaching Rooted in Lived Experience
Living with MS, I understand what it means to navigate a chronic condition without enough support between appointments or a more holistic approach. Health coaching fills that gap and more. Practical strategies, genuine partnership, and compassionate accountability that fits your real life.
Lived Experience
I navigate MS myself. I've cared for family with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. I understand this terrain from the inside, not just professionally.
What Makes This Matter
Health coaching isn't new. But coaching rooted in the lived experience of chronic neurological and autoimmune conditions, built around the whole care ecosystem including care partners, is rare.
Evidence-Based
Every strategy is grounded in research. No wellness trends, no one-size-fits-all protocols. Just what the evidence says works for people managing chronic conditions.
Care Partners Welcome
The people who support loved ones with chronic conditions carry a real and often invisible weight. Your wellbeing matters too, and there's a place for you here.
Secure & Accessible
All sessions are virtual through Vibly, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Secure and private, accessible wherever you are, at a pace that works for your energy and schedule.

Own Your Energy ( Example)
Practical Fatigue Management for Neurological & Autoimmune Conditions
Managing fatigue and energy is one of the most common, and most challenging, aspects of living with a neurological or autoimmune condition. In this 45 -minute workshop, we explore six evidence-based strategies for managing energy and fatigue in daily life. You'll leave with practical tools and a free Energy Tracking Template.
• Designed for people with MS, Parkinson's, Lupus, and other neurological and autoimmune conditions
• Care partners welcome
• Recordings available after the session.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between health coaching and therapy or medical treatment?
Health coaching is not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment. I don't diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide clinical treatment. Instead, I partner with you to explore your health goals, build sustainable habits, and create strategies that complement your existing medical care. Think of coaching as the support between doctor appointments. Helping you navigate daily life, implement lifestyle changes, and advocate for yourself within the healthcare system.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
Each session is a collaborative conversation focused on you. We'll explore where you are now, what you want to achieve, and what's getting in the way. Together, we'll identify small, actionable steps that move you forward. Between sessions, you'll implement what we've discussed, and we'll use our next session to celebrate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and build on what's working. Sessions are conducted virtually for your convenience. In-person sessions are also available for those in the Bay Area.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching works best when you're ready to make changes and willing to take an active role in your health and wellbeing journey. You don't need to have all the answers, we'll discover that together, but you do need to be open to exploring new approaches and trying new strategies. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by your condition, or unsure where to start, coaching can help you gain clarity and build momentum. The free discovery call is a great way to explore if we're a good fit.
Do you take insurance?
I don't directly bill insurance, but flexible payment options are available. Ask about using HSA/FSA funds or insurance benefits, coverage varies by plan. Reach out to discuss what works best for your situation.
